This shit is awesome. Taking place somewhere around Order of the Phoenix or Half-Blood Prince (it's a bit hard to determine), the Weasleys don't think Ginny is old enough to date, so they sabotage her relationship with Dean Thomas. Ginny takes it personally, and makes a move on Harry. By chapter three, there's a war about to break out and teachers are making bets.

A collection of short Avatar: The Last Airbender shipping stories. They're mostly inside someone's head, who's thinking about someone else, and pretty much never does anything really happen. Kinda sweet little things. (Sokka/Momo is my favourite).

Personally, I only read fanfic to make fun of the hilarious crossovers. For example, Law and Order: SVU/Pokemon.

Its not going to win a literary award, but it sure as hell makes me laugh.

Most of the fanfic I read is primarily NSFW in nature, so I don't think I can exactly recommend them here. :/

I just wish fan fiction writers that can't write established characters would leave the canon as is and just write side stories with new characters.

Speaking of WH40k, I just found out about a Evangelion/WH40K fic from TvTropes. Honestly, it's actually pretty damn great. Good writing style, interesting and believable plot-line, good humor and great action, and an actually easy to believe bad-ass Shinji. The creator believed that Shinji didn't have to be an asshole, a bastard, or gain super-powers, he simply needed a better childhood. He also believed that WH40k could cause anything to be awesome, and even the most pussified and emo characters awesome.
Hence, a really entertaining story comes from the simple fact that Shinji read a WH40k rulebook when he was a little kid.

My Immortal is awesome, probably because it's unintentionally bad. For the same reason, My Immortal Returns just sucks, because they're trying to make it suck in a good way, and fail miserably.

Actually, Dreadnaught was right. That's a nicer version than the original. It at least has accurate spelling. The original....much, much worse, and thus much more entertaining. I just couldn't find the original because it keeps getting deleted.

Pokemon 152 is Chikorita, and Im probably the only person on the planet who likes Chikorita, and I don't write fanfiction.
