haha, your post just made me sign up to these forums... yeh i read preacher, i think its one of the more amazing comic series ever made, some things in it i'm not a particulr fan of but it pushes the limits of people's perceptions about the relations between natural and supernatural.

with the release of Constantine the movie (where i think they crammed events of a whole timeline of comics into 2 hours... which turned out pretty good) I wouldn't be surprised if a Preacher movie was too far off.

The creature Genesis isn't evil, it is a hybrid, made of pure energy, it posessed Jesse cause it needs will to survive. Genesis is half angel, half demon, the result of a forbidden relationship that got it's parents tortured and it's mother (demon, father was an angel)killed. Therefore is is the ultimate impartial. FYI love the bit when he uses the word of god to tell someone to 'go f*** your self'....owch...>_<
