as glad as i am to have left Feathermoon, i did like one of the philosophies of my old Ulduar raid: the most competent player with the crappiest gear gets priority (as long as he shows up regularly, of course)

say you've got a cat druid and a rogue. the rogue has full T8.5 and a Golden Saronite Dragon, and is topping the charts by a longshot... but he keeps standing in Ignis fire, mashing FoK when there's only one mob around, standing under the arms on Kologarn. the druid, meanwhile, is in blues with the odd badge purp, and pulling the expected DPS (about 2.5k), but he does all of the above with finesse, in addition to maintaining the notoriously difficult cat DPS rotation. the old raid says the cat gets priority. that works for me!

I like that. In my guild, it's: "You can roll on anything you need for your main spec, just don't be a douchebag and roll if you've already won 2+ things."

We're all pretty tight so the honor system works for us.

Feathermoon has no pugs, thats why I stopped playing my shaman there, so boring when you are not in a guild run of something.

Also, now all we need is an addon to make gearscore not work right and give poor results.

So, my Co-worker says I was flaming the shit out of my last PuG, grilling every person relentlessly and managed to not get kicked because I was needed.

I do not remember the event because I was plastered (As I must be to PuG).

With enough alcohol this is how I end up PuGing heroics.

So last night I was hanging in my guild's vent, and one of my guildies was in this naxx 10 group. The raid leader of this group decides to kick this one poor guy because he had the nerve to not have been there before. The brilliant genius of a raid leader just simply could not be bothered to waste his time explaining the fights, because naxx 10 is just such serious business.
